I certify the outboard(s) listed above is eligible under the Promotion rules and all the information is true and correct. I further certify that the sales invoice/agreement lists the customer rebate, the engine was installed, Pre-Delivery Inspected, sold, and delivered at my physical dealership legally authorized by SMA (the legally authorized address must match the sales invoice/agreement address that is attached). Suzuki can request additional Proof of Documentation at any time. False acknowledgment of required sales conditions may result in forfeiture of all promotional benefits including rebates. I also acknowledge and agree that the customer rebate is applied towards the customer’s engine(s) purchase that is listed on the attached sales invoice/agreement. The customer is aware that I am assigning the rebate amount to be deducted off the overall price of the engine(s) as listed on the sales invoice/agreement. I release Suzuki Marine USA, LLC. (“SMA”) from any further claim or obligation for payment to the customer for the outboard(s) above. I further acknowledge that sales of boxed engines 40hp and larger is expressly prohibited by SMA. False acknowledgment of required sales conditions may result in forfeiture of all promotional benefits including rebates.
